Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. This role requires a blend of sales expertise and creative marketing skills to promote our products/services and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  2. Marketing Campaigns:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
    • Utilize various channels such as digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising to promote products/services.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to make data-driven decisions.
  3. Customer Acquisition and Retention:

    • Implement effective customer acquisition strategies to increase market share.
    • Develop and maintain customer retention programs to enhance customer loyalty.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
  4. Sales Presentations:

    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
    • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
    • Address client concerns and objections in a professional manner.
  5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to create accurate sales forecasts.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other departments such as product development and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to contribute to innovative marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
