Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Marketing Campaigns:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
- Utilize various channels such as digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising to promote products/services.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to make data-driven decisions.

Customer Acquisition and Retention:
- Implement effective customer acquisition strategies to increase market share.
- Develop and maintain customer retention programs to enhance customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.

Sales Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Address client concerns and objections in a professional manner.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the finance team to create accurate sales forecasts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to contribute to innovative marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
